Toprock Tutorial 1/3 - Basics

I think this Informations will help you to get the right feeling and move better to the music .


Toprock 1:

- Composed out of three little steps (like nearly every uprock).

- The most beginner put the left leg into the air on step 3, but if you put both feet onto the floor like im doing here you get a better stand to move on to other uprocks.


Toprock 2:

- Hold your body down and move him up when you are doing a kick to the front.


Toprock 3:

- When you jump into step one push you back with your leg as hard as you can and simultanious throw your arms back so that you move/fly backwards.
